Service Fee Structure

First Month's Rent (Booking Fee):

10% of first month's rent (charged to tenant)

Monthly Rent Collection:

2% of monthly rent (only if using automatic payment)

Your Net Payout:

100% of rent (minus service fees) paid directly to your bank account

Example: If your monthly rent is 5,000,000 VND:

  • First month service fee: 500,000 VND (paid by tenant)
  • Monthly service fee: 100,000 VND (2% of rent)
